Hi, my name is Tara. My closest friends call me The Teej (Tara Joyce -> TJ -> Teej). I am flattered that you want to know about me.

- Supporting my fellow Innerpreneurs in discovering who they are and what they love to do and working with them to communicate their business voice.
- Speaking about Innerpreneuring and the bigger movement afoot. I’ve presented at Venture Capital IT.
WHERE I’VE BEEN
In May 2008, at the age of 26, I decided to leave my corporate career in marketing and new media so that I could shape a career out of what I wanted from business and life.
I did some soul searching (and still am), determined what I love to do and began shaping a business to measure up to those dreams. Elastic Mind isn’t the same business as it was when I began this journey. It’s evolving and I’m writing Rise of the Innerpreneur as an expression of all I’m learning about growing a business, from the inside out.
