As recommended by PMBA, an organization that encourages business workers and owners to NOT get an MBA but instead to couple business experience with personal growth and knowledge and have it be your own Personal MBA (PMBA).

Here is their list of the 77 best business books in print

They argue that “The Personal MBA Recommended Reading List features only the very best business books available, based on thousands of hours of research. So skip b-school and the $100,000 loan: you can get a world-class business education simply by reading these books.”

I don’t doubt that it is true.
