I created a Twitter background design that I would like to share. The design allows you to brand yourself in two extra locations – the top banner and left side banner – of your Twitter screen. It’s a more effective way to promote yourself and your business on Twitter.
If you like it, feel free to download and use it. I created the file in Adobe Photoshop 3.

- Go to your Twitter page, e.g., http://twitter.com/ElasticMind.
- In the top right of your Twitter page is a menu. Select ‘Settings’.
- Another menu will appear in the centre of your page, select the tab ‘Design’ from the menu items.
- Select ‘Change Background Image’.
- ‘Browse’ your computer’s hard drive for your Twitter background design file.
- Ensure your design appears the display box below ‘Browse’, if it does select ’save changes’.
- That’s it, you’re done! When you visit your Twitter page, the new background design should display.
