Alan,

Thank you for suggesting that. I have often pondered walking
meditation as I am certain I do it often without realizing it.

My husband calls me "the robot" when we trek because I am almost in a
trance. I do not get tired. Well, sometimes:)

Walking is one of my favourite activities. I will certainly take
action and try your suggestion.

Thank you!

Great articles, I have always enjoyed Gaping Void's work.

I noticed that meditating is one of your resolutions. A fun suggestion - try 'walking meditation', where you walk at a slower pace, taking note of how your body moves about the Earth (many variations/articles on the Internet). Every time I walk alone, I like to take deep breaths every 6 steps or so - it clears my head and always renders me tranquil! Parks are great.

Best of luck!
Alan
