As an innerpreneur (and an Introvert/Intuition/Perception/Feeling person, like you) I feel much more at home talking about my purpose/passion/work on the web, and networking this way.  As you also said, it gives us an advantage because we&#039;re often more talented at written communication.  &lt;br&gt;I&#039;m trying to find ways to increase traffic to my site/blog without ramming it down people&#039;s throats, so thanks for the tips.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Quick question - what&#039;s Trackbacking?  And is it something I can use on my Blog?  I&#039;m noticing that other people in the Blog world are making reference to my work, but not always crediting me with a hyperlink back to my relevant article or post.  Plus, I&#039;d also like to know who is referencing me so that I can join in the debate.  Am I right in thinking that Trackbacking might be a way of doing this?</description>
