We waste so much time and money trying to fix the messes we have created. Yet everything we implement to clean up our bad decisions won’t be enough if we keep on creating new disasters.

Shouldn’t we have thought of that before?

When creating, get into the business of anticipating problems and preventing them from happening. It’s smarter, cheaper, and a hell of a lot more effective than the constant overhauls we have grown accustomed to.

The outcome, whether good or bad, is manageable because of the leg work put into the process.

    makes, whether in business or life, is a risk. The best thing you can
    do to reduce risk and ensure good decisions is to educate yourself on
    your options, not stick your head in the sand. What I think is
    important also to be aware of is whether those decisions are
    reactionary or proactive as the best decisions are forward-looking and
    prevent future problems from happening.
