		<description>That&#039;s great advice, Jennifer as you&#039;re right, every decision one  &lt;br&gt;makes, whether in business or life, is a risk. The best thing you can  &lt;br&gt;do to reduce risk and ensure good decisions is to educate yourself on  &lt;br&gt;your options, not stick your head in the sand. What I think is  &lt;br&gt;important also to be aware of is whether those decisions are  &lt;br&gt;reactionary or proactive as the best decisions are forward-looking and  &lt;br&gt;prevent future problems from happening.</description>

However, if they are smart about fully understanding their options and potential outcomes before making that decision, it becomes a strategic risk.  The outcome, whether good or bad, is manageable because of the leg work put into the process.</description>
