Oh Tim, I like that idea of a community very much. Something to aspire
to. And I agree, we do change more in community than in isolation -- I
feel that is a very important lesson I am learning right now. Thank
you for continuing to share your wisdom with me and with our fellow
Innerpreneurs.

I think we change more in community than isolation. Or at least in the friction of relationships. I think some communities can be a place where people are together and connected AND they are set free to be totally themselves. Rare though.

Thanks, Tim. It is my pleasure to talk about you. You have been such a
help to me and to the community. Your comment about transformation is
really interesting... are you saying the communities that are thriving
are ones that encourage transformation amongst the members? I loved to
hear more about your observations on this...

Tara,
Really kind. Thanks for the mention. I think you are doing a great thing here for innerpreneurs. We need other people. You are creating opportunities for people to connect.

One thing I have noticed lately about community: transformation. People can change through feedback and encouragement and being stretched. It's scary as hell though. I look forward to connecting more.
Cheers,
Tim
