I like the way you explained how you like to travel - not to known
places to visit known people.

I'm heading back to Nicaragua in February, any plans to head back to
C. America?

Wow, my sentiments exactly! Out of all of my accomplishments and adventures in 2009, none were enough to satisfy my need for "real" travel (i.e. not to known places to visit known people). Spending three weeks in Costa Rica last year hooked me for life. I am constantly craving more adventure in Central America....

Ana,

I feel like I am only starting to discover how truly important it is
for me as my natural inclination to be alone and in solitude. But,
what I am coming to understand is that while that is beneficial to me,
too much, like anything else, is hard on my mind and I need a break to
gain perspective on reality outside my own. Things like yoga, spending
time with friends or just going for a walk are simple things that we
can do to get out of head and see the world from another perspective.
Personally, my favourite way is travel... but that isn't always
possible;)

Oh, yes, I totally relate to this, Tara. Esp. as a solopreneur working from home. Change of scenery/perspective is SO crucial! I think I'll head to a yoga class tonight for my dose of reality :)
