To promote the exploration of our goals, talents and values as a necessary strategy for making profit, creating value, and finding purpose. I believe in the unification of work and love.

Where I’ve Been
In May 2008, at the age of 26, I decided to leave my corporate career in marketing and digital media so that I could shape a career out of what I wanted from business and life.
I did some soul searching (and still am), determined what I love to do and began shaping a business to measure up to those dreams.
Where I Am
Today, Elastic Mind is not the same business as it was when I began this journey. It’s constantly evolving and I’m writing Rise of the Innerpreneur as an expression of all I’m learning about growing a business, from the inside out.
