I am:

A mom of two amazing kids, a gardener, an artist, a pastor, a mentor, a daughter, and a friend.

My passion is for:

Kids of all ages (especially mine) and their families. I have spent my career working with youth (6th – 12th grade) and their families. I love the energy, the openness, the excitement, of youth. They have so much to tell and teach us adults. Some of my most powerful experiences in life have come because of these amazing people. As a result of all of the time spent with young people of this age, I have seen first hand the damage that can be done to these kids because of divorce. What is really sad is that a lot of the damage can be prevented.

My business helps you with:

Navigating the messy waters of trying co-parent with the very person you are trying to get away from. I help you to stay focused on your kids, stay away from areas that will inevitably cause harm to you or your kids, and help you move forward into a healthier future.

My biggest challenge is:

Letting people know that I exist. Marketing has never been my strong suit. So I have a lot to learn in this area.

I make things different each day by:

Helping parents keep their kids out of the middle of their divorce. Kids need to have a healthy, safe relationship with both parents. I help make that happen. My kids and I also make a difference by being a foster family for abandon kittens. To date, we have had 16 adorable little things come through our home, and we have helped match them with loving families.

I have lots of ideas about:

What helps kids grow into healthy, responsible, caring, faithful adults. I also have a lot of ideas about how to move forward to a new future after divorce. And I also have real life experience with all of it, and understand how tough it can be.

My advice is:

Don’t do it alone. Surround yourself with loving, intelligent, fun people who are willing to hurt your feelings for your own good. Find a Financial Peace University class and take it!!!

“The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift of life is yours; it is an amazing journey; and you alone are responsible for the quality of it.” – Bob Moawad
