So is Yale School of Management.<\/p>\n<p>The term was coined as a play on S corporations and C Corporations<sup id=\"cite_ref-sf-gate_1-0\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/B_corporation#cite_note-sf-gate-1\"><\/a><\/sup>,  two legal corporate structures under U.S. federal tax code.
