The right way and the wrong way. When has anything ever been that simple?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"photo_right\">\n<small><a title=\"Attribution License\" href=\"http:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/2.0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/a> photo credit: Kyle May<\/small><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">The Reason I Asked It<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I asked this because I was <strong>tired of the drone of experts on <a title=\"Twitter\" href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\">Twitter<\/a>.<\/strong> Don&#8217;t get me wrong, the medium has great value to meet interesting people but unfortunately your tweet stream can often be full of people pimping their ideas. <strong>And their common strategy to garner attention and business is to spout a black or white advice.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">My Thoughts on the Polarization of Everything<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>This, in essence, is what makes Cultural Creatives different from the other culture groups.<\/strong> Unlike Modern or Traditional mindsets, <strong>we are conscious that nothing in life is black and white.<\/strong> We see that the world and everything that occurs on it as part of one big system. Everything relates to everything.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">There is no right or wrong way, there is only what is true for the individual or business. <strong>There are no supposed to&#8217;s.<\/strong> <strong>Our decisions and recommendations, whether in business or life, are based upon the context of the environment<\/strong>, not upon what was predetermined to be the right way. <strong>We are the true strategic thinkers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">The Natural Way the World Works<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"head_h3\" align=\"left\">Cultural Creatives ask five questions to create solutions:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ol type=\"A\">\n<li><strong>Where do we want to be?<\/strong> (i.e., our ends, outcomes, purposes, goals, holistic vision)<\/li>\n<li><strong>How will we know when we get there?<\/strong> (i.e., the customers&#8217; needs and wants connected into a quantifiable feedback system)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where are we now?<\/strong> (i.e., today&#8217;s issues and problems)<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do we get there?<\/strong> (i.e., close the gap from C to A in a complete holistic way)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"head_h3\">and ongoing<\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"A\">\n<li><strong>What will\/may change in your environment in the future?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>This way of thinking has been called many names:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>strategic thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>critical thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>solutions thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>integrative thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>future and forward thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>holistic thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>conscious thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>longer-term thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>high-level thinking<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But at its essence, this form of thinking can be boiled down into a science, <strong>The Science of Systems Thinking.<\/strong> <strong>Systems thinking is a new orientation to thought and the future of business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Your Thoughts on the Polarization of Everything<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Why do you think so many people find it easier to reduce the world into black and white?
