I am:

a believer. In the awesomeness that exists in each of us. In our interconnectedness. In the power we possess. In having fun during this one wild and crazy life.

My passion is for:

kicking fear in the ass. Living fearless is what allows us to honor our authentic selves. As Neale Donald Walsch said, life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

My business helps you:

discover the superhero within so you can put a dent in the Universe.

My biggest challenge is:

balance. Honoring all the different aspects of myself and staying in tune with them.

I make a difference by:

Using entertainment as a vehicle for self-discovery, transformation and empowerment. I love the idea of making people feel like superheroes. Once you feel like a superhero, anything is possible.

I have lots of ideas about:

Self-actualization. Reconnecting. Giving the finger to the status quo. Taking advantage of the power of entertainment and using it as a weapon for good.

I’ve learned:

That fear is the only thing that stops us. Period.

Idea Hoarding

giveTake

I used to be afraid of people stealing my ideas. I saw my ideas, the thoughts in my head, as something physical that someone could take from me.

I was terrified to share them. I was certain that if they weren’t stolen, then they would surely be scorned.

Clearly, it seemed, my ideas were not safe in the external world.

Everything is essentially an idea

Without knowing it, I’ve been sharing my ideas all along. In giving of my wealth, in doing what brings me joy, I had been extending my ideas.

Sharing my thoughts hasn’t diminished or killed them as I thought it would. Rather, it has allowed me to meet people who believed in my ideas, and the stronger they have grown.

To defend is to be attacked

By thinking I needed to protect my ideas, I was constraining them. In believing that they could be abused or stolen, I was encouraging them to be.

I was defending against something that wasn’t real. Always ready for the next attack. I was treating my ideas as something outside me, beyond my control.

I am the source of my ideas

They can not be controlled or taken by another.

My thoughts never really leave their source. In trusting this, I am freer to extend them.

Perhaps I now have the proof I need, for I see that in giving of my ideas, my self worth has amplified and a wealthly life is growing.

It’s Not You, It’s Me

Push Here

I behave and you think it’s because of you.

You take my choices personally.

It’s not about you

My choices have nothing to do with you.

Even when they are in reaction to you.

How I behave is about me.

It’s my stuff

It’s about me. Despite what I might say.

Even when I tell you you’re not good enough.

It about me trying to control you, trying to mold you into what I think you should be.

It’s about what I think, what I want.

I want to impose my will. I want my control.

Don’t take on my stuff

Don’t react to me.

Don’t hurt your Self and take it personal.

Remember it’s not you, it’s me.

When it’s about you

You’ll know it. You’ll feel it.

For I’ll be giving to you the things you need.

Like love and support.

If I’m not offering those things, please believe me, it’s not you, it’s me.

I am:

For the first time in my life, I am allowing my light to shine in the world.

Ever since I was a little girl, I was aware of my light. I always had an ability to connect with people, no matter their age or walk in life. I always felt deeply connected to something larger than myself. However in between the spurts of light I allowed into the world, there was a lot of darkness. A lot of self abuse, self loathing, and unhappiness. Food became the drug that helped me survive. Food numbed the pain but it also numbed the connection between myself and my body. An epic battle with my self-image, my weight, food and my body ensued. That was until I surrendered.

I surrendered to the idea that my wholeness- had nothing to do with my weight, my body or even the thoughts in my head. That’s when everything changed.

My mind and spirit, finally met my body- and it was if the planets aligned. I discovered health and wellness that seemed effortless (even when it was hard). I discovered a joy in self-care I didn’t think was possible. No will power. No diet. No suffering. No sacrifice. This was radical. And although their was weightloss, that was besides the point. Radical Hateloss was born. Radical Hateloss is my vehicle for bringing the light I am committed to letting shine, to the world.

My passion is for:

Inspiring radical transformations in women’s relationships with their bodies.

There is another way to be around your body, than the experience most women have. Instead of being aligned with their bodies, unfortunately many women are at war, whether it’s a mental one or a physical one. Like I was, they are so tired of fighting. They desperately want salvation…I know it is possible. Bringing that possibility to women is what I am most passionate about, and it’s not just for them. It’s also for their daughters, their nieces; the next generation of women.

My business helps you:

Let your light shine, too.

“What stands in the way, Is the way” When I moved through the tunnel of my most difficult issues, I discovered my life’s work on the other side. I also discovered the tool I was born to use, life coaching.

I work with women in my life coaching practice that know that the scale shouldn’t make a difference in their day—yet it still does. There is a difference between what they know and what they experience and that is frustrating to say the least. I say the dissonance is their gift… it is what change is made from.

Through the powerful relationship of life coaching, I help women to utilize that dissonance. To use it as the fuel for a burning curiosity about and commitment to their authentic selves.

For the first time in my life I am allowing my light to shine into the world. I helping other women to begin to do the same.

My biggest challenge is:

Being patient.

I want a thriving business that fills my days with creativity, challenges and inspiration- and changes the lives of the many customers that frequent it.

I am a new business owner. Rationally I know creating the business of my highest vision, takes time- however my personality has a tendency to want it all now. Spirituality- it is clear to me I move towards my vision, patiently- one step at a time. Each step, its own masterpiece.

I make a difference by:

Being authentic.

I never could be anything but myself. I was always brutally me. This is one of my greatest gifts, and one of the qualities I believe allow me to make a difference in the lives of other. Somehow in today’s world authenticity doesn’t seem to be the norm, and therefore it is refreshing. My business will never be about gimmicks or promises or deals or wheeling and dealing. I believe that is what will give me the power to ef-fect the greatest change in the lives of others, but also in the success in my own career.

I have lots of ideas about:

The power of the present moment.

I’ve learned:

To trust process.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson (from a Return to Love)
